   Bought the AR-00 Starter Kit to try milling a full metal lower from scratch — kit arrived okay, but the instructions are bare-bones, and the tooling/fixtures didn’t hold as rigidly as expected during long cuts. Ended up with chatter marks and had to redo setups multiple times. For the cost, I expected plug-and-play precision, but it’s finicky and time-consuming. Went back to 80% lowers instead — regret this purchase.

   Thanks a ton for the quick and thoughtful reply — I really appreciate you owning the issues and offering to make it right without any pushback. That kind of customer service is rare these days.
   I went ahead and emailed support with my order number like you suggested. The updated probing macro, shims, and the quick walkthrough call you guys set up made a huge difference — I gave it another shot last weekend, and this time the setup was rock-solid. Clamps held tight, probing locked in first try, and I got a clean zero-percent AR lower milled without any chatter or alignment headaches. Took longer than an 80% obviously, but the end result looks pro and feels sturdy. Super happy with how it turned out now.
